Begin with the strongest clue
A known title is a better starting point than a guessed genre. Search a distinctive word, then add the year or format when you know it. Original names are searchable too, which helps connect translated titles to the production you remember.
Choose between films and shows
Movies and TV Shows have separate catalog pages. On Search, the format selector lets you compare both or keep only one. A similarly named series can otherwise appear beside a film, so use the release year and premise to confirm the match.
Sorting changes the order
Popular, Highest rated, Newest release and Title A–Z provide different ways to read the same matching selection. A rating is a community score, not your personal preference. A recent release date does not mean that every service began offering the film on that day.
Recover an empty result
Reset the query or remove the condition you are least sure about. Several filters applied together can remove every match. The Reset link on Search returns to the unfiltered selection so you can begin from another clue.
